Mr Tan Keng Ann says in the Forum page PM says don't see your nest egg.but Mr Tang is unabl eto protect his nest egg! In fact that nest egg that gives Mr Tang peace , familiarity and stability in his "TWILIGHT YEARS"" of his life and is HIS ""NEST EGGS"" may be "forceed sold " via enbloc by greedy neighbours ( some of whom may be expats with no bloody love for home or this country) to make a fast buck!!!
Mr Tang says"the power to sell my home lies not in me but 80% of my neighbours. And that is why the law must be changed"!

Dear Mr Tang , I am sorry to say you are rather naive!!!.. Do you really imagine you own anything in paradise? Paradise belongs only to GOD. If God says you move , YOU MOVE? YOU understand?
Even HDB is subject to SERS and what no and you can be moved to a smalller (bu tnewer) apartment hgh rise( Now donc'h tell us you can't move and got high blood pressure,)
So what if your property is private housing?
You ar eliving in a condo not Raffles Park or Pierce Road where our elites live! I say ENBLOC!
why must the enbloc rules change for you?
66.6% of the people voted for our government and the government rules. 80% agrees to sell YOU sell too!~! Too bad for you Mr Tang even if it is your home or nest egg!
We have told you to either move to JB or Bintan or Batam- lots of land there!
Or else if you are really unhappy like lots of others facing similar problems having their homes enblocked by others who are greedy .( many condos are 40% to 50 % owned by foreigners and PRs) May I suggest that you guys vote the OPPOSITION into Parliament ! How about that? But no guarantees they won't make the rule even worse like 60% ?????????
