please don't be insulted by i m asking if u know anyone who can give me a personal loan of $50k and in return i pledge my flat.
i can only repay the $50k lump sum with interest end of the year, or earlier , but no monthly repayments.

15%interest/return

the loan agreement has been drafted by a lawyer.
if i default, the lender sells the flat , takes his 50K plus interest and the rest comes back to me.

as i have said before, i could sell now, but would have to give almost 100k free to the govt in stamp duty.

i know i sound desperate, but i am and that unfortunate is what happens in litigation.
i cannot wait to go to trial to finish this but unfortunately the other party does not have the same intention altho they are suing me.
