WD Black SSD (NVMe type) are quite alright. https://www.samsung.com/sg/ssd/ Samsung, Corsair or WD should serve you well. I would avoid Sandisk brand for all kinds of products.

I'm looking for a portable SSD that I can carry around. I'm going to build a library of piano teaching videos. I'm not sure if Western Digital is a reliable brand; Seagate, too. These 2 brands are cheaper.
