with climate change, oz isn't as desirable as before. i actually think canada is good place to migrate to.

canada has her dry spells on the west coast too, like in californicate. sooner or later, massive wildfires will erupt due to large forest areas becumming sexcellent fuel for burning due to strict forestation policies of letting them grow unabated. it’s a natural cycle of drying up, burning down, and growing again. this has been happening for centuries.

this time, it's serious in oz, the bush fire all over NSW and Victoria! the winter last year was also not as cold as before. i predict in this decade, there will be many natural disasters due to climate change. the end is nearer than what was thought initially. kaboom! and the earth is gone...

Australia was a penal colony where prisoners are meant to die there due to the harsh weather...however somehow they have thrive and produced ruggedly beautiful people such as hugh Jackman Eric bana heath ledger the hemsworth bros Margot robbie nicole Kidman etc and lots of other healthy and good looking sports people as well..ruggedness makes you thrive however pap also gave a sgreans a mentally rugged environment to survive we saw how that turned out...I think the oz also watch too many sci fi and is expecting the govt to slow climate change

you are picking bones. when i say oz is hot, i am referring to general climate and majority where pple are staying, etc. perth, sydney and melb. would you think that there are many sporeans staying in hobart??

There are many places in OZ that can get a lot hotter than Singapore.

What makes up for it is the fact that there are 4 seasons in most major OZ cities so the heat is something people put up with during the summer months knowing that temperatures will drop come Autumn.

hello...it can get up to 40+ in oz. the recent record 45 degree celsius was hit, and we are not even half way thru summer. they anticipate it may hit 50.

Agree but no emigrant goes there...even if he complains that Melb is hot, it is only for max 4 months in a year.
