There are many answers to it based on which perspective you look at.
Just for this simple perspective. If you can quarantine yourself for 2 weeks and then come out as brand new no infections, what is the point of vaccines. Stats show that there is a 99.7% survival rate of this infection. This is not pandemic if you have 99.7% survival rates, pandemic means people drop dead everyday along the streets.

The hospital ( in the USA and the west) actually brand any deaths from other causes as Covid death to rise the number because people are NOT DYING from the virus.

( this part here will seems strange to you if you didn't research much and not red-pilled enough to be aware of it)
Why raise the number? Due to the cabal control agenda to make sure everyone get the vaccine. Why get the vaccine? It has nano devices for gene alteration to control you and also to kill you. Depopulation and transhumanism agenda.

Hep B is not compulsory too, what makes you think Hep B is compulsory?
 
In addition, there's also a fear that current vaccines may not be effective against newer mutations which seem to be appearing every other month.

They think that with rules, they can settle everything. It also depends if people give a shit to their rules. Don't automatically assume that people will follow any bullshit rule you created.. This is not the previous era. People understand their sovereignty and will not allow rules and authority to take advantage of them as an expense for their economy agenda.

I believe he meant "law" when he mentioned "rule". Mandatory vaccination is a possibility when scientific evidence support the effectiveness of covid vaccines.

Mandatory or not, it is up to the people to give in. If people do not give a shit about following that law which is deem mandatory, the law will not have power. Whether the law or any law has any power, it depend if people give power and energy to it.

If he say everyone needs to get vaccinated and everyone show him the finger, what can that mandatory law do?

Perhaps it will happen in an overseas democracy, but not in sinkieland. Sinkies are obedient, law abiding lemmings. And the govt knows that. An orderly obedient society is good for social harmony and economic progress, but not good for creativity and liberty (both individually or collectively).

If thats the case, the govt has divided the society into 2 group
1. Vaccinated
2. Did not
These 2 grp will start point fingers
If not certain why ask ppl to vaccine?
They want to collect more data as the vaccine program continue and rectify along the way?
Or make it optional so the govt wont held full responsible if shit happens?
 
Some people already have displayed serious allergies to the vaccine. To make them mandatory now is evil.

There's immense pressure to reopen the county and to jump start the economy, it's like moving into a new house when renovations are not completed because you need to hand over your previous house keys to new owner. And you rectify issues as they crop up. But with vaccines, we are dealing with the lives of so many peoples. For sure, they are collecting data as more people get vaccinated. One of the key takeaway points from Prof Tambyah's dialogue is the pharma did not start from zero and rushed the vaccines within a year. They already had the SARS vaccine (which was not used eventually) to work from.

This is not about harmony and progress. It is about injuring and killing yourself if u get vaccinated. If people are red-pilled enough they will reject the vaccine regardless the law or rule, mandatory or not. Or if the society is obedient or not.

If u dun wake up, u will have yourself or your family member injured or killed. Those ministers are ignorant and it does not mean the people have to be ignorant too.

I believe a lot of rational folks are adopting a wait and see attitude. Let others be the guinea pigs first, and follow the reports on vaccination and so on.
