PHUKET: A man arrested on Phuket yesterday with 800 grams of ya ice methamphetamine in his possession had been named by four or five other people, police said today.
Teerapong Tula, 30, was nabbed by Phuket City police in a raid on a house at Irawadee Village, off Phuket City's bypass road.
The drugs were found in a Chinese tea container in a closet.
Police confiscated a vehicle, several bank books and credit cards, a set of scales and a mobile telephone.
Khun Teerapong confessed to being a dealer and told police he had bought the ya ice from a ''Mr Man''.
