I finally found the identity of the Guards chiobu after watching dozens of CyberPioneerTV episodes on YouTube, she holds a Captain rank, and is the 2IC of Charlie company, 1st Guards Battalion :

The real chiobus in the SAF are not in combat vocations but the admin staff in Airbases who wear their #3 uniform like one size too small till the blouse buttons may pop anytime straining against the padded bras or the MINDEF non uniformed PAs to the full colonels.
