Workers’ Party held its first rally for the Punggol East by-election on the open field in front of Block 183C Rivervale Crescent Saturday evening. The opposition party’s leaders, including those were are Members of Parliament, gave speeches to support the candidacy of party mate Lee Li Lian.
HWZ netizen said, “20 times more people than PAP’s crowd. Real supporters don’t mind getting their footwear all dirty and some rain…”
