PAP prefer to maximise on participants to fill up the hotels, airports and restaurants.It is my opinion that these 'regional security' forums or dialogues should exclude China.
Members of the Axis of Evil should not sit at the same table and talk with the rest of the world regarding national defence and regional security etc.
