1) All ministerial salaries (including the president) will be slashed by 80%, to stand in solidarity with Singaporeans and the current world worse depression.

2) Election will be held only after there is clear sign of diminishing infection in this country

3) All CPF money will be unlocked and released to people age 55 and above. To help boost the consumer spending power and tie over prolong joblessness

4) Retail rentals slashed by 50% to help businesses tie over this difficult period of time.

5) Government to co-pay salary of all Singaporean older workers to ensure this group are not sidelined by employers.

6) All works and employment pass freeze, to give Singaporeans more job opportunities over foreigners. Over-reliance on foreigners has proved catastrophic to businesses and the health of our citizens whenever there is pandemic.

7) The proposal of upcoming GST hike is scrapped and the current GST rate of 7% reduced to 5%.

8) Scrap all unproductive and repetitive expensive construction projects that does not add value to Singaporeans.

9) The proposed white paper on 6.9mil populations will be scrutinised and revised downwards in years to come.

10) Issurance of New Citizenship will be put on halt or revised to only 5000 award annually.

11) More hospitals will be constructed and more tertiary schools to open up medical courses to turn Singapore into medical hub.

12) Online businesses will be funded heavily by governement to encourage such business expansion.

13) Businesses who encourage workers to work from home will be heavily supported, sponsored and subsidises when worker set up home office.

14) MAS to consider a one-time 30% credit card debt waived, for Singaporeans, to avoid massive bankruptcy and help uplift society morale.

15) The 5th terminal will no longer accept air-traffic, but turn into a Singapore history/founder memoral museum for visiting tourists and Singaporeans.

The above 15 stimulus measures will help Singaporeans maintain a manageable livelihood, with the ministers standing alongside with our people during this difficult period of Singapore history.

If the government do not implement the above measure decisively, it shows the government is not with the people and do not have the will to improve the situation faced by many Singaporeans. Is so, then everyone should vote for the opposition parties in the coming GE, other option and discussion is no longer useful.

If this one is implemented, i quickly go max out all my unused credit cards first. :D

Geylang prostitutes should be subsidized so that clients who can't get sex from their wives can still afford to pay for sex.

Return CPF money to those 55 and above is the best stimulus.

16) The Istana be turned into a big bak kwa factory to helped the unemployed SQ airline staff to set-up stalls in Chinatown.

Your proposal is counter productive to reducing pandemic.
The pros can be tested daily before they start work. If men know that it is safe to fuck these whores it will stop them from going to places where there is greater likelihood of catching Covid-19

Doesn't everyone have $0 credit card debt at the end of month? Don't expect me to pay for your hubris. :cautious:

Heng Swee Kiat will personally deliver the above news this coming Thursday. Guys! Get ready to pop champagne.

Follow USA to give 2k and 1k to all adults and children. That’s good enough for me.

PAP talk and talk but never really help the people. See what the Malaysia govt. does:

Malaysians can withdraw up to RM500 from EPF savings. KUALA LUMPUR: Beginning Apr 1, all Employees Provident Fund (EPF) contributors below the age of 55 can withdraw a maximum RM500 a month.6 hours ago

You can stop laughing now. Inderjit Singh has agreed to almost all of my above proposals and he suggested PAP should consider more bold moves in addition to the above. I believed SDP people has also taken a leaf out of the above package stimulus ideas too.
