女子及其父母入稟區域法院，指遭一名男子騷擾恐嚇，要求索償。
一名報稱居住新加坡的女子，跟父母一同入稟區域法院，指控於2013至2015年期間，遭一名男子求愛迫婚，指對方用上騷擾恐嚇手段，又在朋友間惡意中傷她，令她及父母擔心受傷害，精神上出現驚恐焦慮徵狀，要求法庭下令該男子對她一家作出賠償。
原告為Krislyn Jiaqian Ng，以及其父母James Yew Chye Ng及Wendi Kwee Guan Tan，而被告則為Chan Cheuk Hin Leon。入稟狀中未有交代涉案各人的背景資料，原告報住於新加坡，被告則居於筆架山帝景居。

A woman who reported living in Singapore entered the District Court with her parents and accused him of being forced into marriage by a man between 2013 and 2015. He said that the other party used harassment and intimidation and maliciously injured her among friends. She and her parents were worried about the injury, mentally panic-anxiety symptoms, and asked the court to order the man to compensate her family.
The plaintiff was Krislyn Jiaqian Ng, along with his parents James Yew Chye Ng and Wendi Kwee Guan Tan, and the defendant was Chan Cheuk Hin Leon. In the case of the plaque, there was no background information on the individuals involved in the case. The plaintiff reported to live in Singapore, and the defendant lived in the Bijiashan Emperor.
The plaintiff entered the swearing-in, from July 2013 to May 2015, and the defendant was only an ordinary friend, but the defendant continued to harass and intimidate her, and twice asked her for inappropriate sexual requirements, several times to her. Sending a short message forced her or threatened her and asked her to promise to marry him. In addition, the defendant even said that her bad words hurt her reputation among her friends. During the incident, the defendant also sent a brief message and a phone call to the plaintiff's parents.
The plaintiff continued to point out that she and her parents were greatly psychiatric and even economically lost because of the harassment of the defendant and worried about their own safety. The physical and mental health of their parents was irreparably damaged. The plaintiff asked the court to order the defendant to make punitive damages for the trauma caused by their family.
