【明報專訊】已婚並育有成年子女的港燈前高級工程師，在公園搭訕認識12歲中一女童，以金錢利誘在「私竇」與她發生性行為，且拍下逾千項色情照及影片，女童的稚友因撞破淫行，亦遭拍下裸照威脅。及後警方上門調查另一宗人口失蹤案時揭發，原來工程師曾為另5名女童拍下色情照及影片，並在「私竇」、住所及辦公室搜出大量電腦及拍攝器材，以及逾3萬項兒童色情物品。

應訊時數度落淚

53歲的被告黃冠秋無案底，身形高大，昨穿深灰色西裝，在高等法院承認與13歲以下女童性交、與21歲以下女童肛交、非禮、製作及管有兒童物品等共9項控罪。被告應訊時對翻譯人員等態度有禮、神情認真，曾數度落淚。案發時被告是高級工程師，在港燈工作逾29年。港燈發言人昨證實被告去年離職。

被告與妻子及一對成年子女同住北角城市花園，而發生性侵犯案的「私竇」則位於筲箕灣東駿苑，內有5部電腦，屬被告名下物業。12歲事主X與友人住附近，並經常在耀東邨公園耍樂。

利誘女童「私竇」耍樂

2010年8至9月某天，X與友人談及變聲器，被告搭訕後與X認識，X以「叔叔」稱呼被告。同年8月至12月期間，被告曾以50元引誘女童，觀看他與另一女子的性交片。至12月被告更將門匙交給X，供她與友人上門讀書。被告其後更不戴安全套與X在睡房性交及肛交，並錄下過程，事後給X 1000元作報酬，其後被告又再與X性交。

同年聖誕假期，X帶友人上門度假，被告伺機與X再性交，卻遭13歲的友人Y撞破。被告先給Y掩口費，但又叫X拍下Y的裸照作威脅，更拍下被告親吻及撫摸Y胸部的情况。

拍另女童裸照要脅

同年12月30日，警方因調查人口失蹤案，拍門時見女童X及Y，二人投訴遭被告侵犯揭發事件。警方稍後在上址、被告的城市花園寓所及鴨脷洲辦公室，發現共14部電腦、90個硬碟、32張記憶卡、iPad、近3000隻DVD、12部數碼攝錄機等，當中有逾3萬張包括X、Y及另外5名女童的兒童色情物品（見另表）。據了解，其餘5名女童均拒絕作證。

記者昨到訪東駿苑單位，鄰居表示曾目睹一名黃先生入伙，之後沒見過他出入。但一年多前，經常有一大班年輕男女到上址耍樂，喧嘩談笑時發出極大聲浪，後來有警察上門，單位便一直丟空。

法官聽罷求情後，決定先索取精神及心理報告、背景報告及女事主的創傷報告再作判刑，案件押後至4月12日再訊。
