of course it's the weather. but there's another nonsensical weather brewing for the SDP especially for the public jester chee soon juan.

after GE, chee seems to be lying low. there is this very uncanny and uneasy feeling he's scheming and plotting and definitely up to no good again.

what could it be this time?
