I felt disgusted when i got a free flag, let alone hanging them.

Those hang flag ones high chance pappies dogs. Tio boh?
 
You are partially correct. They could well be PAPPies dogs.. But they could also be SDPPies dogs, NSPPies, WP supporters or even Deformist Partist or SDA dogs..

Any Singaporean of any political inclination. ..
