NATIONAL water agency PUB is to get a new chief executive - the former head of the Navy Chew Men Leong.
Rear-Admiral (NS) Chew will take over from Mr Khoo Teng Chye, who has led the agency since 2003.

I'll bet the 1st thing they'll do is to form a committee to study the problem That will allow them to sit on their hands for another 4 to 5 years until the next promotion exercise
