I think town councils need to be stricter in enforcing the regulations in all fairness to legitimate retailers.
Town councils also should not outsource responsibility by engaging Certis Cisco to conduct inspections on their behalf.
It should not incur unnecessary cost by engaging an external company, yet leaving the issue unresolved.
