2. be transparent, who are the recipients, the real and true recipients?
3. how many are affected? if there are so many, why help now?
4. and why wait for more than one year then action?
5. where are the progress reports of those "assistance" eg job credit etc?
6. why people-on-the-street and why not the mil-dollar salaries individuals to start the ball rolling?
7. what is the percentage of the $2.00 received by the recipients?
8. who is the selection panel?
9. there are so many unanswered questions, i for sure will never drop a cent into the coffer.
