I doubt he will be jailed.
The charge sheet are all acceptance of tickets and food and wine.
No receiving of cash.
Should be fine only at most. Probably no fine also just termination.
When you work in a company and commited this kind of code of conduct, it will just be termination. Not criminal case too.
