During the PAP lineup, their candidates already talking about town improvements and infrastructure issues.

There is no government during elections !

Are these PAP candidates telling the voters they would use their own pocket money to keep the promises ?

Or these PAP candidates are using the public monies to be carrots.

Comeon, Upgrading and town improvement are govt jobs and not a political party job.

Clearly these PAP candidates are flouting the election rules !

Of course, if they are using their pocket money, then it will be honorable, otherwise it is shameless and horrible.
