Sure honest mistake. Mobile numbers, Bank Account Numbers, addresses & medical records have been stolen. Insurance companies, will be secretly & happy to purchase those medical information & match the names with their clients & update that information. When you apply to buy insurance, they will check against that information & politely decline to sell you; even you have not bought insurance from them. There will sure to be scammers using that information to intimidate & cheat. Be very sure, all the mobile numbers compromised will receive scam messages, junk mails etc.

Will head roll? no! definitely not.... the patients head will roll, when they receive all sorts of nonsense..Will they come clean, & will they commit harakiri!...or will they home a press conference & bow & SAY SORRY!. you bet your ass...NO!...it is a HONEST MISTAKE. If Stinkhealth..IF, was run by an opposition MP...that MP will be drag through the medias like some condemn criminal...Only IF, for the opposition MP can never reach that level to commit such a HONEST MISTAKE!
