Two e-bikers were killed in a road accident two days ago,

Some say it was the bikers fault.
Some say it was the truck driver's fault.

I say it was the pap's fault for the following:
1. PAP allows bikers who are not qualified to use public roads
2. PAP allows people who are not familiar with the highway code to endanger other road users
3. PAP ignores Singaporeans feedback abt the danger of allowing unqualified users to use public roads
4. PAP didnt enforce safety to protect road users

The two deaths were totally preventable

Do we need more deaths before pap act to make the road less dangerous?

Hello, my fellow activist. Nice to see posts from you again.

Great to see you too! Do you agree that PAP has ignored Singaporeans' feedback and endangered safety of road users? The two deaths were the result of pap's apathy

agweed.........

Yes, some pap ibs blame the bikers for their own deaths. But many of these bikers are teenagers and students and they dont know the code of using public roads. PAP allowing these teenagers to ride on the road is endangering their safety.

More deaths will occur if pap doesnt wake up

agweed.........

I am very wary and concerned when I see young teenagers and students riding e bikers and devices on public roads. Some of them ignore traffic lights and other road users perhaps out of ignorance

Hello, my fellow activist. Nice to see posts from you again.
Once again, I'm a bit confused, so may I ask, why are you not saying the following words (that you said two days ago to other members) to ckmpd?

kbkp in the forum and yet ball-less to go out and protest to throw out the PAP govt,

in the end, the govt eat up your ass bit by bit daily..

why sinkies are so stupid??

Once again, I'm not pro-PAP, but this was obviously not the fault of the PAP.

Do you disagree with the below?

It is easier to remove dead bodies from the road than removing stuck chewing gums?

It is easier to remove dead bodies from the road than removing stuck chewing gums?

Yes. That may be what the pap believes.

But the fact is dead people cause more harm and miseries than stuck chewing gum

Do you disagree with the below?
I already said that it's not the fault of the PAP, so I obviously disagree, right?

1. PAP allows bikers who are not qualified to use public roads
2. PAP allows people who are not familiar with the highway code to endanger other road users
Can you prove that? ;)
Just post one link to a government webpage that proves those two points of yours, and I'll apologize. ;)

4. PAP didnt enforce safety to protect road users
If the road users were hardened criminals using the road in a criminal way, they would be determined to commit their crime, even if they know that it's a crime, just like drug traffickers, loan sharks, etc.

Two days ago, because of pap's inaction, two families lost their sons and another got badly injured

Two E scooters were seized after many months of Singaporeans feedback.

This is at best a token show by the pap that doesnt help the two dead e-bikers. More must be done to prevent more deaths and I am sure you will read of more enforcements in the next few months. But why wait until so many close brush with deaths?

Would you rather no action be taken at all?
If you're still complaining even after action has been taken, what better solution do you have in mind, may I ask?

...that doesnt help the two dead e-bikers.
May I also ask, why did you remove the following words from my post that you quoted? ;)
If the road users were hardened criminals using the road in a criminal way, they would be determined to commit their crime, even if they know that it's a crime, just like drug traffickers, loan sharks, etc.
Also:

More must be done to prevent more deaths and I am sure you will read of more enforcements in the next few months.
When that happens, will you once again say, "This is at best a token show by the pap"? ;)

But why wait until so many close brush with deaths?
This is actually a very old problem, i.e. e-bikes and e-scooters are essentially bicycles (which have existed in Singapore since even before the PAP started existing in the 1950s), so the onus is on the cyclists/riders to be careful and not to cycle/ride recklessly.

how can pap allow those not qualified to ride on public roads?

how can pap not enforce road safety?

how can pap ignore valid feedbacks?

how can pap allow those not familiar with highway code go wild on the road?
