Goh Chok Tong promised us Switzerland of Asia and World Cup Nation and now Lee Hsien Loong promised us Smart Nation.

CPF Minimum Sum
Delay CPF distribution to citizens from 55yrs old to current 80yrs old.

Singapore certainly is a fantastic place. The country may fall short of its goals once in a while but that certainly isn't for lack of effort on behalf of the government.

The problem lies with the fact that in the past, Singaporeans were simply not up to the challenge and lacked the tenacity and fighting spirit required to reach the top.

However, with the rapidly increasing number of new citizens joining the Singapore Inc team, I'm pretty sure that the country will reach far greater heights in the not too distant future.
