There is 100% Air and Water pollution caused by 2-3 days of massive fire. There is surely SAFETY VIOLATION.
The unfairness consistently exhibited by PAp LEEgime is that they will shut down Singaporean SME plants and revoke licenses and put Singaporeans in jail for violation against safety laws. But towards their NMC rice bowls they are always double standard.
Long way back about 20 years ago, NEA took BP to court for water pollution and lost within their own kangarro court because BP brought their professors to give evidence that NEA sampling test were not done correctly.
After that no NEA officer will want to do water sampling at BP - they all pushed to New Birds to be suckers.
The feature of a corrupt govt is clear:
犯小错治以重刑。犯大错包庇纵容。
Harsh punishments for tiny offenses. Indulgence and Protection for grave violations.
