Paedophile jailed 19 years for sexually assaulting five kids

A 23-year-old paedophile who sexually assaulted five victims - boys and girls - under the age of 10 was on Wednesday jailed for 19 years and ordered to be caned 24 strokes.

The storeman, who was 21 at the time of the offences, had devised an elaborate plan by starting a club for children to play video games and promising them monetary reward when they reach a certain rank.

After luring them to his flat, he sexually assaulted them on the pretext of conducting a "medical check-up" to assess their suitability to join the club.

THE avid gamer began a gaming club for children to play video games.

But he had a sick ulterior motive – the club was his way of enticing children to his home so he could molest them.

To sign up as members, the children, who were eight to 10 years old, had to undergo a "medical check-up" conducted by him in his bedroom.

Yesterday, diagnosed paedophile Andrew Loh, 23, was jailed 19 years and given 24 strokes of the cane for sexually assaulting three children.
