本地心理医生透露,患上与工作相关的心理疾的本地病人数,5年来激增近20倍,从原本的2个月1个新病例,已增加到1个星期2、3个新病例。
焦虑和抑郁

本地著名心理医生洪永元说,我国因工作造成心理疾病而求医的人数在过去5年飙升,主要是焦虑症和抑郁症。
洪医生说:“工作上的压力固然是原因之一,另一方面也是因为国人对于心理疾病的认识增加,以及更能接受向心理医生寻求援助。”
洪医生表示,促使深圳富士康职员频频坠楼事件的4大因素包括:工作压力大、个人性格、缺乏支持和思念家乡的环境因素。
他说:“悲剧是因为这4个因素交织而成。在那里工作的孩子年纪轻,离家远,工作时间长,上司要求高,而且也没有倾诉的对象。他们处于想辞职又辞不了,想做又受不了压力的矛盾中。”
“在新加坡我们很幸运,因为家就近在咫尺,而且我们有资源可以求助,也有选择离开的权利。”
