STOMPer Jenny feels that the strain of the influx of H1N1 cases seem to have affected the nurses at Changi Hospital, as she says one of them treated her roughly.

Jenny elaborates :

“I feel that H1N1 has strained nurses in hospital A&E department as they have to wear full gear.

“I was at Changi Hospital. A nurse strapped my arm too tightly when measuring my blood pressure, and I complained as the pain was unbearable.

“She refused to stop measuring and asked me to bear with it.

“Five minutes later while waiting to see the doctor, I discovered my arm had eight bright red lines because my blood vessels had burst.

“Nurses, please don't vent your frustrations on patients.”
