What is NLB doing? KNN 
Just wandering what kinda system they use to record those fine paid.
I had paid the fine years back which i remember cos to pay u need to use Cashcard which I got it just for THAT.
But they still send me the letter for unpaid fine the last round they mass send their ah long letter to get fine back from the public.
Anyone has similar?
