The Govt is wrong to give money to poor, lazy and uneducated NSmen with only LCP and CPL rank. It is a given that these moronic and low class Hokkien pengs and mats will spend it all on cigarettes, drugs, prostitutes, KTV mei meis and gambling.
The govt should instead give $18,000 to Officers , the elite who will lead Singapore to victory in the event of a war and $12,000 to Specialists.
Everyone who has served NS knows that uneducated Hokkien pengs and mats are are unmotivated and unpatriotic.
