Hello Wake Up Shits, before claiming how broken our immigration system is, why don’t you do your research and see the timeline of events?

Liu Huabo got his Singapore PR in 2010 & he was wanted by China only in 2011.

So how do you expect ICA to know if he is a wanted man when he wasn’t wanted by China back in 2010!?!

ICA should hire more clairvoyants to prevent such things from happening again. Or every rich PRC should undergo a lie detector test to check where their money comes from.
