Are opposition leaders in Msia much stronger mentally and braver than Sg ones? Anwar survived jail term and has now lead a much stronger opposition team who pose a very real challenge in replacing the government. Sadly, Sg opposition leaders who got cracked down by government (via ISA) stayed away from politics for decades and some fled the country. Dr Chee, the one who never gave up fighting against PAP is viewed as a lunatic, mole, etc.

Does the problem lie in the difference in politicians across the 2 countries or voters?

Anwar is working for the Zionist Jews.........like Thaksin, LKY, Hun Sen............he has no need to fear............

look at malaysia, japan and taiwan. malaysia opposition made biggest gains in history. japan and taiwan long-time ruling parties for 50-60 years were bought down by the opposition. ( they came back to power since ) the key is defection of politicians from the ruling parties. their opposition had people who knew the ruling party inside out. it really helps. therefore sg opposition also need some pap mps to switch sides to have any chances to defeat pap.

Politics in malaysia is more dynamic

Sg more stable and slow incremental changing.

Sinkies listened to the PAP government who told them which opposition is acceptable and which is not. They cannot think independently.

Either switch sides ala Anwar & James Soong or free up the press.

If not we can keep on singing the praises of WP as the best alternative right here as well as in the ST, Zaobao, Wanbao etc.

fear and leepotism is in their blood. the m&ds up north will lead the way - show us sinkies how to think and stand up for ourselves.

the screw is really an idiot.

defection can just means switching loyalty or sides to another rival political party. kicked out or dismissed are unimportant. Anwar switched sides. period.

Anwar, an ex DPM knows the inner workings of the government/BN/UNMO very well. of course it will help PR/PKR cause a lot. "you know your enemies usual mode of operations. it will naturally help you to make plans to counter their actions and defeat them." that is the point. wah lau, this is really common sense..

i refuse to post in his thread ever.
