The event started off amid rains in DC. Turnout wasn't great , but its only the beginning and the weather cleared up later. This is a process, a conversation. By afternoon, thousands more were streaming into the Capitol area- and that was on a weekday. Word is getting out and the weekend is tomorrow. Should be interesting.
