so far no problem ..they only doing installation..no need to be harsh to them..want to blame..blame the local company that employ them..

My side not wired up yet. My colleague living in Hougang, his block was ready for wiring since last year, he called them to do his place as soon as the block was ready. He's still waiting

for me my place is already done. They offered free installation during that period and yeah i got it.

Their most convenient excuse : Locals don't want the job but actually it's following Zorro Lim's slogan "Cheaper, Better, Faster"

they were trying hard to sell to my company this week. Installation for $320 and $108 for 24 months with an 'upgrade' of 4mbs to 12mbs. We don't mind paying a bit more for our internet connection but to lock us in doesn't make sense since our lease will be up next year.
