Dear Minister Gan

There are far too many medical doctors from under-developed countries in our hospitals and polyclinics.

I have personally encountered 7 of them in polyclinics, SGH & CGH. Suffice to say I was thoroughly disappointed with their attitude/ability & competence; not to mention that I had to pay specialist fees to see them!

I wonder what scheme do we have to flilter out the unqualified or the incompetent doctors before thay be allowed to practise. There is a system in the legal industry but I am not aware of one for te medical industry.

Please advise or do something about it before more Singaporeans get mis-dianogsed or mis-treated.

PS: if they are that good why not license them to practise in private clinic - let see how long they last!
