Online scam artists pose as recruiters for top firms
They ask for resumes and guarantee interviews - for a fee

THEY promise job seekers a shot with brand-name companies such as SingTel and Shell, with some even guaranteeing an interview with the prospective employer.
All these 'recruiters' require is your resume and a fee for their services.
