LKY: We must strive to have a corruption free country where its leaders are adequately paid so that they will not be corrupt.
Mahathir: Tell me, which country's leaders in this world are not corrupt?
LKY: Singapore and North Korea. Rarely do you hear leaders in Singapore charged for corruption. We just legalised it. North Korea is best, no corruption at all.
Mahathir: Hahaha, you so smart one.
LKY: Thanks. Another thing, there must not be confrontational politics in any country.
