IE Singapore pitches YOG services to China

Wednesday, Oct 12, 2011

IE Singapore has organised its first business mission to Nanjing to explore potential opportunities for the upcoming 2014 Youth Olympic Games (YOG), the agency said yesterday.

The mission will pitch the YOG-related services of Singapore companies to the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee. It is led by Minister of State for Trade and Industry Teo Ser Luck.

Let me see.. a country that made a complete mess of yog wants to "assist" a country that hosted the 08 Olympics successfully.

Are they going to tell China to feature pole dancing in the opening ceremony?

I really dunno whether to laugh or cry...really tak boleh tahan.

so, SFI is gonna teach them how to serve dog food to volunteers?

Should be crying because they knowingly and very thick skinnly used such lame excuse for a totally taxpayer paid holiday. Some more can put in record that YOG did not go to waste because it is marketable.

This is great...PAP sending their No 1 cheerleader to Nanjing...:D

TSL was paid to teach them how to overspend? LOL

Teach them how to keep a clinically clean track that is not cluttered with sponsorship banners.

Or produce their theme song?
