The roof level of a 22-storey Housing and Development Board block was painted with graffiti containing vulgarities and criticism of the ruling People's Action Party as well as the Police in an apparent case of vandalism.

who knows who did it....its not that clear cut....might be deliberately done to discredit the dissenters....a distinct possibility that cannot be ruled out.
