The STOMPer who sent in these pictures wonders why the painters who touched up this wall purposely left a loanshark's written message untouched.
The STOMPer says:
"2 contractors were painting the wall at the ground floor lift lobby, as part of the lift upgrading programme at Yishun HDB Block.
"However, the O$P$ sign was left unpainted over. See pictures attached.
"Not enough paint or did the contractors deliberately leave the sign unpainted to shame the person who borrowed money from the loanshark?"
