NSF charged with firing one round from revolver

SINGAPORE:
A Police National Extra Service Extra Special Constable
has been charged with endangering the safety of others by pointing a
revolver and firing one round at his colleagues.
Twenty-one-year-old Sulaiman Perwira allegedly pointed the weapon at
three other NS Special Constables, Lum Zi Hao, Ng Guo Wei and Teaw Zhi Qiang,
at the Police Public Transport Security Command at Paya Lebar Road on February 22.

A district court heard that Sulaiman intends to plead guilty to his offence.
If convicted of performing a rash act, he can be jailed up to six months,
fined a maximum of S$2,500 or both.

Hmm, appears to be some provocation involved; if you read the names of the other 3 involved whom are of the same ethnic group something else must have transpired which the press is not saying.

This bugger must be lucky to be charged under rash act rather than unlawful discharge of firearm which is a heavier penalty.

Yeah man it's our responsibility to ask the investigator to report what is taken down .
Sounds like bullying case which the authorities are quick to close and pass sentence. Those lucrative case they keep it long and media grabbing .
Next case just fire off the whole clip at your bullies but aim kneecap, shatter the joints and hopefully the femur will shatter as while. Maximum damage . No charge of mans-slaughter .
