There are no clerics in Islam. What they have here are employees.
Zakat and donation help pay for upkeep and salaries.

Since Islam is the official state religion, it is only sensible everybody pays for it.
If they not happy, the door is always open for them to fark off. But knowing jiuhu Kafirs, even if they get citizenship elsewhere, they will still keep the Malaysian passport.
