Singapore is shamelessly and ruthlessly pro-employer, and consequently employees have little or no rights and are constantly exploited.

Having a sham 'union' in NTUC further exacerbates this lopsided balance of power.

Singapore has no natural resources and only has the human resource, right?

That's how most companies see their workers: human resource. Less human, more resource.
