Summary:

1. Ruling party lost Lower House majority in October 2024.

2. Losing Upper House this weekend, means LDP lost both houses for the first time since 1950s.

3. Likely means no trade-deal with US before 1 Aug deadline. PM should resign and general elections will be called.

4. Yields on 10-year Japanese government bonds hit their highest level since the 2008 financial crisis last week. Yields on 20, 30 and 40 year JGBs are at or near all time highs.

5. LDP can also choose to ally with more smaller parties to remain in ruling coalition.

Japan most secure country on Earth, no radical Islamic terrorist attacks no foreign cunts stealing jobs, best of all no woke policies no LGBTQ bullshit except natural disaster beyond man control

NHK: Taro Aso, a former Japanese prime minister and LDP heavyweight, has told people around him that he will not accept Ishiba carrying on given the ruling coalition's losses and that he is prepared to force him into resignation.

The Jap voters sure got some balls. Unlike the 65% fucktard sinkies who just love to bend down and let the gahment fuck their sorry arses in exchange for CDC vouchers.
