STOMPer Shaun is annoyed that he's been receiving nuisance calls after his mobile number was posted up in an internet website. However, what irked him more is that the authorities said they are not able to do anything about it even without trying.

In an email he said:

"Recently I went to make a police report regarding a nuisance call after my handphone number was posted in an internet website. However, the officer suggested to lodge a magistrate complaint as it is non-seizable offence.

"Hence, I took leave and trouble to go down, but magistrate said that its difficult to trace who is the culprit without even trying and said they have thrown a lot of resources to this kind of cases but to no avail.

"Is the police not doing there job? My calls still exists and everyday I am suffering from nuisance and pervert calls from the internet website but I am getting no help from the police."
