PSA: I have called Scam shield at 1799 to verify that this is fake. What the scammers do is give you a obviously scam call first, asking you to work with chinese authorities. Minutes later, a gov.sg message like this will follow up. What the operator at Scam Shield told me was that they received 3 other complains regarding this phone number within the same hour. Spread the word.
