Serious Need advice- Easiest way to download youtube vido to iphone/ipad

Hello,

Can someone advice the easiest way to:

Q1) transfer youtube video to ipad/ iPhone for offline viewing ( I have an app for downloading video but they don't support youtube)
Q2) download video to ipad/ iPhone for offline viewing ( I used a leh cheh process using "handbrake" program, then must safe and sync to iPhone/ipad..
