NEA likes to blame Singaporeans for spreading dengue.

I stay in the East and there are many constructions in the area. Marine Terrace MRT, Marine Central MRT, Frasers Centrepoint development, etc.These huge constructions collect big pools of water and places of litter which are excellent mosquito breeding grounds.

Has NEA checked these construction areas for mosquito breeding?

Are the many building constructions,diggings and road works the main cause of mosquito breeding?

Is NEA doing its job checking these sites to prevent mosquito breeding and dengue spreading?
