Littering is nothing, it is child's play. See the real action of ah nehs openly urinating in many of the back lanes scattered around in Little India. What obscene action? The NEA sees nothing, knows nothing and does nothing.

NEA and whole govt is sleeping. They should fine all the foreigners for littering all over the island, in trains, MRT stations, etc. Nowadays everywhere got litter, especially those places where the foreigners gather.
