Is a toy or small scale prototype. Can you see the sensor mounting at the side of the wing almost as big as plane itself.
 
that's like a couple of years back. they should be done with scale testing.
 
That's wierd. I thought at first that it was taking off from Edwards Air Force Base/Ames Dryden runway, but than I saw the wrecked B-52 in the background. Could be Davis Monthan?
