Workers in larger organizations such as multinational corporations, publicly-listed companies and the civil service appear to be the unhappiest. This can be attributed to less flexibility and a general lack of affirmation, as well as opportunities for learning and growth. Employees who enjoy their work in an environment where they are valued and appreciated are more productive. Do you agree?
