Mysterious black cans, with what appears to be metal plates in them, are placed along the corridor outside every flat at a Clementi block. STOMPer Ed wonders what the NEA is using them for.
The STOMPer told STOMP:
“The cans, which are all marked property of the NEA, were left outside our homes on Wednesday (Oct 20) and they have been there ever since.
“No one really knows what they are there for and I wonder if they care.
“I suspect that it is for catching some bugs or mosquitoes but I wonder how it really works.
“Does anyone know? Is NEA willing to comment?”
